At WRCO, UI/UX Designers shape intuitive, scalable, and distinctive digital products and services. You combine user insight, business vision and a meticulous design execution to craft solutions that feel simple and perform reliably. Partnering with brands like ARD, Deutsche Bahn, Vodafone, Leica, and Deutsche Telekom, you help create seamless experiences that connect people and technology across platforms.

Your Role

As a design expert, you support the entire design process, from analysis and exploration to delivery and launch. By applying your understanding of trends, user experience, interface design, technologies, and design systems, you are going to shape the digital presence of renowned brands.

Your Contribution

• Research and analyse market trends, competitive offerings and customer insights

• Define user journeys and challenge functional requirements to ensure user-centered outcomes

• Explore UI/UX concepts, always considering platform-specific guidelines and accessibility standards

• Translate concepts into detailed interaction-, visual- and motion design

• Create interactive prototypes for usability testing, dev handover and executive presentations

• Deliver design specifications and provide guidance throughout implementation

• Develop and maintain design systems including component libraries, guidelines and documentation

What You Bring Along

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams

• Strong foundation in UI/UX design, backed by design education

• Proficiency in Figma and modern AI-based design tools

• A solid understanding of technical foundations in the development of digital products and services

• Confident presentation and design documentation skills

• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to take responsibility for complex challenges

• You are eligible to work in the EU/Austria

• You are able to relocate to / based in Vienna or Salzburg

Nice to have:

• Experience in facilitating client workshops and design sprints

• Motion design
